A person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed immediately and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

- The minimum amount for all withdrawals is ৳1,000.

- A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.
5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
- The welcome bonus can be claimed once per new account.
- A wagering requirement of 20x must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

- If the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.2 General Bonus Terms

- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades depend on the player's activity and are determined at ggqq's discretion.
6 Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to playing games on the ggqq platform:
6.1 Game Operation
All games offered on ggqq are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe). Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
6.2 Betting Limits
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

ggqq may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

8.2 Account Closure by the User
